Q: Is the 2011 KIA Sorento available for purchasing yet?
I want one!
Are they out yet?
A: No, not until July/August.
Q: 2011 kia sorento had for 22 days and axle broke today after a 3 hr trip, what can I do?
A: Should be covered under warranty but I would be selling it for something of better quality. After all you get what you pay for.
Also to the person who said the Ford Fiesta is American you are wrong. Its European as it is built and developed in Europe by Ford of Europe.

Q: Are Kia cars as bad as some people make them out to be?
My mom is looking into the 2011 Kia Sorento, but she hasnt heard really good things about Kia.
My friends mom has a 2008 kia amanti and she has had nothing but problems with it for the pass year.
Does Kia make reliable good cars?
A: Its a cheap car, built cheaply for a cheap price…
Hyundai and Kia have proven that you get what you pay for…
honestly, they are not the worst cars on the road, but there are plenty of better cars which will pay off more in the long run compared to a Kia…any Honda or Toyota…even some newer Fords at this point…
Q: Hyundai & Kia are making some really attractive cars. Will they knock down Toyota & Hondas from the top spot?
The new gen Hyundai Cars like Tuscon (ix35),Kia Sorento 2011,Soul,Sonata all looks so gorgeous. Hyundai has proved that they can build reliable cars Earlier Sonatas where good excamples now they have proved they can make them attractive too.
Saw the pictures of Sorentos,Ix 35 looks way better than Ravs and CRvs. Plus these Koreans are way cheaper than Toyotas & Hondas
A: Hyundai has the capability and competence. For the moment, Volkswagen is the third largest manufacturer, behind a second place GM, who continues to decline on market share. Recently, Volkswagen purchased a part of Suzuki. Merging car manufacturers often changes the landscape. Many are needing to do so, due to the rough climate. The short answer to your question is anything is possible. Please see below.
Q: Questions About the Kia Sorento?
I am considering the Sorento as a possible car purchase. Does anyone own one of the older models? Is it reliable? Has anyone had problems with the engine or transmission? Let me know whatever it is that I need to know.
The 2011 model is redesigned and looks nice!
THANKS ALOT!!
A: The kia sorento is a great car or should I say suv. I own a kia sportage but have many close friends that drive the sorento. They do all look good especially the new sorento. The sorento is a v6 suv, which means it has decent power and is still decent on gas. And for a kia and the cheap price for its class, it is very well equiped and decently styled. Also, you can’t beat that factory 10 year 100,000 mile pwertrain warranty. How many other company’s can offer a cheap price like that on a nice vehicle. Kia has come a long way in the last 7 years and I think the sorento new or used would be a great choice
Q: Opinions about a Kia Sorento?
I’m a guy, and am considering driving a Kia Sorento.
I know they are affordable, but are they reliable for long distance travel, insurance rates(since its an SUV) and gas mileage?
Would buying a used one or a new one be better?
Like a 2009 from a 2011 one.
If you can help me out, great. Thank you.

Q: Delivering Pizza in a new car?
I’m looking for a job and I am not sure if delivering pizzas would be good or not. It is in the area, no real bad places and virtually no crime. They want to pay me 7.25/hour and I get to keep tips. (Haven’t discussed hours yet).
I won a contest and now have a brand new 2011 KIA Sorento. Would delivering pizzas trash the car?
A: don’t deliver pizzas in a new car. make them provide you with a company car.

Q: What are your thoughts on Hyundai and Kia?
ok, well I have looked at the 2010 Hyundai Tucson, 2011 Kia Sorento, and the 2011 Hyundai Sonata, and I love them!!! I was wondering are they good vehicles? has Hyundia really stepped up their quality in the past years, because I remember in high school just looking at Hyundai as being really low end cars. but now they look very nice!
Oh, and 1 extra question, is the Kia Optima just Kia’s sonata
oh, and another question, will the Kia Optima get a 2011 restyle?
A: Hyundai quality is WAY up just in the past 4 years. It was part of a corporate plan, and they have achieved it. You can drive a Hyundai which will be well built and reliable, and the cars can compete in their respective classes. Where as before a Hyundai was a “compromise car,” now its a car people buy because they actually want one. Good price, good car.
Reliability has steadily improved over the years, but build quality and refinement lagged further behind. With improvements in its manufacturing process and quality control, and continued improvements in reliability, many Hyundai models are viable alternatives to its Japanese competition. The newest Elantra for example typically outscores the Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla in quality surveys and has been Consumer Reports top rated small car.
Kia on the other hand is still lagging. They are ahead of where Hyundai was several years ago, but it varies from model to model with most still a couple of steps behind. Hyundai owns 40% of Kia now, so some Hyundai engineering and parts are being shared, making a Kia a better car. But if considering Kia i would stick to the newer designs such as the Forte, new Sorento, and Soul. The Forte and Sorento especially have a lot of the “New Hyundai” built into them. The Optima is a mirror of the outgoing Sonata. Its nothing special and is average in its class, but still worth a look as a bargain.Suspension noise over rough pavement has been a noted sore spot with this car, however.
Hyundai has some things going against it still. Brand image, resale value, and perception by more then a few that its a cheaply made car. But the new line up is solid, just take a look and drive some for yourself. And more new and redesigned models are coming. But if you get one some will still snicker, so you have to take comfort in being ahead of the curve a bit. Some wonder why I bought a ‘08 Elantra instead of a comparable Civic or Corolla? Its simple: I liked the Elantra and what it offered, and its just as well built as any car in its class. And i have not been disappointed by it after 30,000+ miles of solid, trouble free driving.
IMO Hyundai is a smart choice if buying a car new or used. Especially slightly used. Just get the best deal possible to make up some for lower resale value. If that matters to you. But you always want to get the best deal possible, anyway. Kia, you still have to tread lightly with imo.
Q: What should I offer the dealer for this vehicle?
The sticker price of a 2011 Kia Sorento my wife and I are considering is 31,400. Nice truck.. leather and panoramic roof. Everything we want in a vehicle. Decent mileage for the size of the vehicle. 26 highway.
Question is, what should I be willing to pay for it? I am not going to pay sticker price… how much should I offer the dealer for the Sorento? 30,000? 29,000 ?
It is brand new…no mileage
Quite the smart@ss, eh Vipassan?
You sound like one of those crappy salesman with a piss poor attitude that doesn’t sell many cars.
You sell 2 cars a month? Wow. You must be a pro…..
A: most dealers now days will give you a hard time about dropping the price, but that does not mean you should’nt try. give them your best offer and let them ponder on it and even leave for them to call you. but if you dont get it for what u want, slam them on the financing (if not paying cash) or hit them up for up grades, ie. floor mats, extended warranty, free oil changes, custom wheels, what ever you can get. and if they don’t budge i suggest looking for another dealership that is more hungery for your business.. never go to only 1 dealer, always shop around.
