Q: Is the Five Axis 2011 Scion tC body kit for sale?
I absolutely love the Five Axis body kit for the 2011 Scion tC. Does anyone here know if it can be bought by the general public?

A: five axis doesnt release custom made body kits i had the same question and i asked them myself. they only do concepts and etc. if u are willing to pay 100,000 dollars to them to do that for your car go for it but yeah they do not release their custom made kits. They have a few on their 5axis.net page for tthe XB and TC but they look the same as the manufactured cars. but in the future they will have aero kits for scions for now their fiveAD.net page has their cusom made Rims for sale check it out

Q: When will the 2011 Scion tc be available?

A: August is when the new piles of junk come out.

Q: I am planning to buy brand new 2011 Scion Tc, I would like to know whats facts on Lamborghini door style..?
I will like a response from professional only, to give me facts and infomations about installing a professional Lamborghini doors on Scion Tc. Please include Pros and Cons, pricing, reliability, and so on. I don’t want to risk not knowing anything about parts to install in and find out there are problems in the future, so I just want to make sure what’s what. Lemme know.

A: I doubt there will be any Lamborghini door kits for the re-designed 2011 Scion tC just yet. But from the older model, one of the pros would be that the car looks stylish and gives it a clean look and it is something different. Some of the cons would be that you may have to alter a few things on the car in order to make them fit right, such as shaving the fenders. Also, depending on the kit, you may reduce the ratio where the door opens horizontally making a little difficult to get in and out of the car unless you decide to open vertically at all times, but you may experience a problem with that in low ceiling parking garages. Also, eventually you will have to be replacing the shocks that keep the door up in place when open vertically, usually this is a pain and would require more than 1 person to do this. As far as pricing, you can find kits for less than $500 but like they say, cheap stuff can cost you more in the long run. The most expensive kit I have found over the net is about $2000, but they offer warranty and whatnot. You will also have to find a good body shop that can do the work right and depending on that, that’s how much money you will pay. I would recommend you visiting any Scion enthusiast website, such as scikotics.com, clubscontc.com, scionlife.com. for extra information, some of these members have gone through this already and can provided you with better information on what to get.

Good luck!

Q: 2010 Scion Tc, or 2011 Scion xB?
I’m not much of a car modifier or anything like that. I was at the Toyota dealer in Anaheim, and I’ve been trying to decide whether to get a 2010 Dark Gray TC 2.4L 4 cyl. or a 2011 xB black, same specs. The tc beats the xb by a whopping 3-hp. I like the roominess of the xB and the black of it, but the tc seems to look better to the ladies AHAH. And alot of the females prefer it. Though I prefer the xb. Can you guys throw some pros and cons of each car to help me make my decision much easier? ANYTHING that would make either car worse or better than the other will help. thanks!

A: well I have the 2010 scion tC..it’s not as fast as it looks. it just depends what you’re looking for but does look nice (except I hate the tail lights). if you don’t want to modify or anything I would mostly decide if you want a smaller more sportier type of car or the bigger car with more space. they have similar mpg’s. don’t get the tC if you think it will be really fast or get good gas mileage because for the size of the car, both those aren’t that great…I mostly got it cuz I love how it looks and modified it a little as well. if it was the older xb version I would say nooo cuz those are ugly I think but the newer ones look a lot better so yea it all depends on what you want…if it were me I would think about how many people generally will be in my car, how much space I would like, etc.

p.s. the tC is generally seen as a girly car and also, if you are tall then it might be uncomfortable because the ceiling is pretty low so yea you just have to think about all the different things you can also go online and look at consumer reviews

Q: The new 2011 scion TC…Ouch or yippie?
Do you think it’s awfully horrible or horribly awful? (check caranddriver.com)

It’s got that bread wagon look like the m bread wagon…except that beamer looked 100X better than this. I can tell they didn’t design this in Japan…why?!? Look at the taillights…yep…logo-ed tailights…break out that Yakuza mullet we’re going to be seeing these on the roads…

A: outside is meh, inside is bleh. The engine is probably the only most impressive out of everything Toyota threw on that car. I would take the 6 speed manual over my 5 speed auto anyday :/ .Bigger engine and a few more ponies while having a 1 mpg gain compared to the 1st generation? Honestly not bad, but the design is unappealing. Im waiting for the Subaru/Toyota FT-86 Concept to come in the market. Thats more impressive in performance and hopefully exterior design.

Q: Which would you buy 2011 Mustang V6–2010 Scion TC–Cobalt SS?
I’m 16 and i have narrowed down to these three cars. My sister has a base cobalt, but it isn’t very fast or fun to drive. The new 2011 mustang v6 has 305hp, but the insurance might be to much since i’m a male. The Cobalt ss is sporty, and does a 0-60 in 5.7sec, but it is still a cobalt and has a boring interior. The Scion tc has a nice interior, decent MPG’s, and looks sporty, but in some reviews people said it didn’t handle well. If you have driven the tc, or ss or know more info about the mustang could you please provide some insight about these vehicles.

A: personally to me, i own a tC, it would be between the Cobalt SS and tC… Mustangs are boring to me. i see them every where i go, even on the side of the road broken down or on the back of a tow truck. some dude a few weeks ago tried showing off his GT Mustang on the highway, no lie, blew his engine right there, all i saw was thick smoke come from uner the hood… and forget Mazdaspeed 3’s, Cobalt SS looks better in my opinion, but yeah have that boring interior, but still loks sporier outside. i like the way the tC handles, granted its nothing copared to the Cobalts Nürburgring tuned suspension set up, but the tC, Mazdaseed 3 and Cobalt SS run in the .85-.88g’s area. but between the SS and tC its hard, cuz tC starting price is 18K and SS at 24K, you can turbo the tC and do suspension upgrades for the 6K price difference and the tC would be better than the SS, and run next to the Mustang, and still get good MPG’s.. but i do agree, 16 yrs old, i dont think you should be looking at the Mustang and SS, but hey im not your mom or dad, tC is more of your “age car” but still, who cares, just dont race, speed, and be sure the drive carefully, remember we are out on the road too….. so its your prefrence, as i said already, personally between the SS and tC. turbo a tC 10 psi=300hp, 300tq tuned.. but id rather have both a SS and my tC, SS as a daily diver, tC for all out performance.
oh i forgot, the reason the tC doesnt handle “well” is because it seriously needs better tires, and some people go for cheap tires, on a tC you go for 120-300 dollar tires, you dont go cheap on the tC’s tires.
good luck!

Q: Will the Scion TC 2005-2010 lower price after the 2011 model comes out?
im really interested in buying a scion tc and i was wondering if i should wait for the 2011 version to come out to buy the older version cause i like it better anyway. How much would it lower by? where could i get it cheapest an auction? around what price? thank you in advance

A: Nope.

But it WILL still look like Herman Munster’s head. Say hi to Eddie, Lilly and Spot for me…..

Q: Help!! Should i get the Scion tc 2010 or 2011??!! i cant decide which one to get? which is better?
please list pros and cons and explain why..im goin nuts deciding!
and when does the 2011 come out this year?

A: Scion tc 2010..

Q: Price of Scion tC in year 2011?
Looking for a tC with any year, Mileage at around 0-50,000. Good condition and no dents.

A: My guess is for pre-owned around:
$9,500-$12,000 for a 2005 Scion tC.
$10,500-$13,000 for a 2006 Scion tC.
$11,500-$14,000 for a 2007 Scion tC.
$12,500-$15,000 for a 2008 Scion tC.
$13,500-$16,000 for a 2009 Scion tC.
$14,500-$17,000 for a 2010 Scion tC.

And around $19,000 (base) -$30,000 (loaded) for a new 2011 Scion tC.
