v6 – 3.7L 312 hp i think
gt – 5.0L 412hp i think

i know the gt is obviously better and faster. but which one should i get? i mean i like faster and more hp, but is it worth the money?

how much would a gt base model cost at a dealership?

is the v6 really a piece of crap? is it crappy? and slow and crappy like a toyota camry or honda accord? or is it better than that?

A: So much misinformation. Its already been proven that the v6 mustang beats the v6 camaro the v6 has 305hp and the v8 has 412hp. The v6 is no slow car at all 0-60 in less than 6 seconds 30mpg!!! Its a great car msrp is 22k starting I believe and the gt is 28k so there isn’t much of a price difference between the v6 and the v8 but the money you’ll save from insurance and gas will add up real quick.

A: As long as u treat the car right by not dogging it out and keeping it maintained then it should last well over 6 yrs. I drive a 2000 model and it runs perfectly.

A: Nope, they come out this Spring. My local dealership has 2, but they aren’t supposed to sell them until they “get the word” from Ford. Which is supposed to be late spring.

You can go down and pre-order (costs $1,000) one and customize the way you want (at your own cost) and it will be here around August.

A: no and theres no reason why it should or would. Mustangs are muscle cars whos objective is straight line speed and quickness. Muscle cars are always RWD and there would be no benefit to making them AWD.

A: my dad works at ford Ill help you from 19000 to 23000 I will asumme because the newest gt 500 cost about 50000 so it has about 240 horse power my dads cost about 30000 but it was 2010 and had the track pack but I would go for it my secon choice would be a cammaro but dont get a toyota they have about 500 recalls
