Q: Whats the original song in the 2010 toyota corolla commercial?
“a little bit of….”
is the main line that repeated.
its a really old song.
A: Google will help you.
Q: Why does my 2010 Toyota Corolla feel like the engine “misses” while driving?
The tachometer moves up and down +/- 300 rpm while driving at a constant speed and when I am at a stop. This car is brand new. If you have had a similar experience, what was the resolution?
Thank you.
A: That is nothing to worry about. It is very normal to notice that in your car. It often varies, based on the incline of the road. Even a slight incline may cause the rpms to vary when going at a constant speed. It will be more obvious on higher inclines while going at a steady speed. Also, I notice that the AC, when at a stop tends to affect the rpms by 300 +/- RPMS. When the car is standing still after a while, I notice that the RPMS may drop because the AC power drops at an idle. While moving at a constant speed, the AC takes additional power from the engine, thus increasing the RPMs more than normally.
Q: 2010 Toyota Corolla TEXT button on radio?
I just bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla. When I press the TEXT button it does not display any information (i.e., radio station, what or who’s playing on the radio/CD, etc.). My 2007 Corolla displayed all this information when you pressed the TEXT button. The owner’s manual just simply say’s to press the TEXT button and information will display. Does anyone know what to do or just take the car back to the dealer? Thanks!
A: It’s broken but that is common with new Toyota’s these days it is under warranty though so take it back and don’t let them convince you it is your fault like Toyota is also attempting these days. Make them fix it.
Q: Should I buy a 2009 Honda Accord or a 2010 Toyota Corolla?
My transmission blew in my car last weekend so I need to make a fast decision about what kind of car to get. I love both of these cars and do not know which is the better car. The accord I am looking at is a little cheaper and only has 5,000 miles. Please help!
A: You also should compare car insurance quotes for cars before buying one, for example here – carinsurance.deep-ice.com
Q: Why is the 2010 Mazda3 cheaper than the 2010 Toyota Corolla?
Andddd it looks way better. Why is this?
A: No especially god reason, Toyota just marked their car at a higher price. The Mazda is a better car in every way in my opinion.
Q: Which color is the best 2010 toyota corolla?
I was thinking about blue and silver. The blue is very bright but the silver is kind of boring….I’m wondering if people generally like this year’s blue or if they think it’s ugly.
A: All of Toyota’s colors are boring. They seem to have even forgotten how to make a beautiful silver–which now looks like dull lifeless grey. the blues are horrible and look like they mixed other colors in it. The Japanese seem to have a warped sense of both color and design. For a boring line-less exterior yu won’t find in any other car–sloped sides and humped roof lines. Just terrible. All of them. they run good tho, unless yu happen to get one with a sludge problem where the engines blow, or a Camry with one of the many bad shifting transmissions. I have a Toyota, but am considering going to something else. The quality has definitely slipped with all the cheesy plastic and rubber interiors too. Toyota seems to be shooting itself in the foot.
Q: I have a question about my 2010 Toyota Corolla?
I got the basic model a few days ago, and at first when I turned my key all the door locks opened. But now when I do it only my drivers seat lock opens. Since the basic model doesn’t come with a remote key entry does that mean my key can only open the drivers side of the door and I have to open all the other doors by hand?
I did try it this morning, it’s still not opening. I guess I’ll try again
A: How that usually works is this:
When the doors are all locked if you turn the key to the unlock position once and let go, it only unlocks the drivers door. If you do it twice quickly it will open the rest, it may also do this if you hold it.
This is by design, by the way, so if you were getting into the car and there was a shady looking character on the other side you would not automatically unlock all the doors.
Try it, you’ll see.
Q: what size tire is on a 2010 toyota corolla with 14″ or 15″ rims and what size tire on the model with 17″ rim?
2010 14″ or 15″ rim model corolla….tire size? (not sure if 2010 has 14s or 15s)
2010 17″ rim model corolla….tire size?
A: corolla quit using 14 early 90’s and 15 late 90’s have been 215/60R16 for about 10 years 17 are probably something like 215/55R17
Q: I just bought a new Toyota Corolla 2010, Does that mean My car will have those issues about the pedals?
Ok, So Toyota camry has been recall for having a lot of problems, but i Just recently hear that corolla had them too? Do i have to be worried?
A: Your car has been fixed before they sold it. Remember their stopping the assembly and sales a short time back. They took the time to develop and apply a remedy. I’ve had my 2010 Corolla since last July. Now, with about 10,000 miles on it, there have been absolutely no problems with the car. We got a recall notice and had the work done.
The “news” you’re hearing is the same old story over and over and over and you can bet you will keep hearing it. Newscasters want something ugly to say every day to keep people watching and scared of not watching. Lawyers are picking at any detail they can to attract owners into their class action so their pockets get fatter on a share of the biggest settlement they can meddle up. Even in this certain forum listers keep saying the most negative things they can make up to feed their schadenfreude- especially the ones who have never driven a Toyota in their lives. They act like they know everything after reading a few biased articles. When you read those articles, you see there is no proof included to support the statements, which are mainly speculative and hearsay.
I would say worry, if you suddenly start having toyotas in your neighborhood start malfunctioning. Look around you though. Everywhere you look you see Toyotas not acting up. The reason I’m taking this tack is because a few owners with repaired toyotas complain of repeated malfunction. I’m guessing something in their environment is causing the problems, and that “something” didn’t go away.
Q: I recently bought a toyota corolla 2010 just 3-4 weeks ago… can I ask for money back?
I saw all the gas pedal problems on the news about toyota cars, and I just bought my corolla 2010 3-4 weeks ago! can I ask for money back or something??
A: Just yesterday the government stated that none of these recalled vehicles will fall under the lemon law and since they already have in the works a remedy this will be repaired for you at no charge but I do understand what you are saying………..
Q: Which car would win in a street race 2010 Toyota Corolla or 2000 Toyota Celica?
I know there not racing cars but still which would win in your opinion.
A: just so you know, corolla get manual transmission also
weight does not matter as ya problem seen the heavy nissan 350z doing well in races
unless it’s a 1 street block race then weight is a factor for a good start
stock = corolla wins auto or stick, same engine size but corolla has overdrive not that it matters…save gas while going fast
if you guys wanna compare GT-S then corolla gets the XRS = corolla wins
celica have same 1.8L engine while Xrs corolla has a 2.4L engine
and a fresh 2010 auto transmission shift pretty good thanks to the latest technology
Q: Is a 2010 Toyota corolla xrs a good car for Teens first car?
I wanna put some nice rims
A: It’s reliable and all that and you can’t go wrong with a company like Toyota, but seriously, who’s gonna wanna ride with you in that? You might as well put a bumper sticker on it saying “I don’t want friends”. Get a Volkswagen Golf 2010, it’s equally as reliable, great trim levels, a good amount of power, fuel efficient and it looks pretty damn good.
Q: OPINIONS OF 2009 AND 2010 TOYOTA COROLLA OWNERS NEEDED!?
I currently drive a 2000 Toyota Corolla. I am thinking of getting a 2010 Corolla. Please rate it on the following and explain if possible:
Power
Reliability
Steering
Comfort
Rate on a scale from 1 to 10.
A: Power: 5
Reliability: 10
Steering: 7
Comfort: 8
The power only comes from a small 4 cylinder engine and that’s why it gets good mpg. Even though it is a small engine it is extremely reliable. This car is very reliable where you will almost never have any trouble with it unless you are driving very erratically, which most toyota owners don’t. The steering is good but not impressive. Its just your average power steering system and finally the comfort. The comfort is good because you never feel as if the car is too big or too small. its the perfect size. The car itself is roomy and versatile but it does give a good comfort feel to it as well. I hope I helped and it would be really nice if I get best answer. Thanks a lot and happy buying.
Q: Who knows of a free service to obtain the actual invoice price on a new 2010 Toyota Corolla S model?
A: http://www.edmunds.com/?mktcat=trademark&kw=edmonds.com&mktid=ov16157827
Q: Buying a new car, which is best 2010 Mazda3 or Toyota Corolla?
My girlfriend is about to purchase a new car and has narrowed it down to the 2010 Mazda 3 or the Toyota Corolla. Taking everything into consideration, which of these two cars is the overall best?
We’ve been to both dealerships and the price for both is right around the $15,200 mark. Is that a good price?
A: Corolla’s a great car…well built, high fuel economy, reliable…and the styling is much improved on the previous models. But it’s pretty boring to drive. Like the first answerer said, it is more or less an appliance to get you where you need to go.
If you can get over the overwrought front end styling of the ‘10 Mazda(exactly the opposite of the Toyota, the earlier 3’s are much prettier style wise), the 3 is the more dynamic driving experience of the two.
