I have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler that i have the soft top on it, i have purchased the Safari Bikini header top. It looks horrible, we have tried it both ways with and with out the soft top hardware. Any suggestions? Should we leave the hardware on or take it off?

A: I would leave it on due to the fact that taking it off and putting it on all the time is a pain in the neck. Its can be painful just to put the top up and down.....just think if you have to add and take off the hardware every time....

I am looking to put new wheels and tires on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler and was wondering what the largest tire i could install with out it bottoming out or rubbing.. also should I stick with 16" wheels or go ahead and upgrade to the 18" Im looking to purchase moto metal 0951 wheels in black.

A: Figure out which size wheel you want to go with, and we can suggest some sizes to look at. Basically, if you convert your tire to the old inch sizing system, then 33' diameter tires will fit it OK. I'm running 265x75x16 on my 09 with no rubbing, they're the same height as the 33x12.5x15 on my old, lifted YJ

Q: I need more power in my 2010 wrangler X unlimited?
I am about to do a 4" suspension lift and 35" tires. I need to compensate for the loss in power. I was planning on leaving the 3.73 gears and adding cold air intake, cat back exhaust and computer chip. Will this give me the power i need to get me back to atleast where i am now. Or should i consider something else.

A: it will help a little bit but not enough to put you back where its at now if u want your power back you will most likely have to go with lower gears my buddy has a 07 unlimited with 35s and he went with 5.13 gears and got his power back and went from 11 mpg up to 16.5mpg hope this helps

i just bought a 2010 jeep wrangler without ac.. can i buy a factory kit and do it myself?

A: I know that you could buy a factory a/c for Jeep CJ's & YJ's for Jeeps that came with no a/c. They were just like the ones that rolled of the assembly line when you installed them since all a/c's were mounted under the dash. They were easy to install & worked like a charm. I do not know if they have factory kits for TJ's or JK's now that they are dash mounted.

This customer knew of earlier models having the factory disable switch in front of the gear shift. Perhaps the load cell technology in the passenger seat eliminates the need for this switch. Just running the question by my mates on Yahoo! Answers. Thanks.

A: You would have to install a switch yourself as no shop would do it, because of the liability. If someone gets hurt due to fact that the switch was thrown, even though there was a person riding there, there is a chance of a lawsuit!!!

I have to really slam the doors on my Jeep to get them to shut. Is that normal?

A: Try cracking one of the windows, or have the dealer adjust the striker plates in the door frame. This is a new car, why don't you ask at the dealer?

The 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara is a rugged vehicle which can go on road and off road and is great at moving cargo like a kayak or other large sporting goods.

I would choose the 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara just because you can get replacement parts for it in the future unlike the soon to be discontinued Pontiac G8.

I see you can buy a set up where the soft top stows away with the hard top on from the factory but, only with a tan interior. Just wondering if I bought a hard top can I add this down the road either as an accessory or in the aftermarket?
